Are there any annual fees?

No, our products are one time payment. You have an access to lifetime product updates, and you only pay once.

What is the difference between the Regular and the Extended license?

With the Regular license you are allowed to use the product on one domain only. With the Extended license you can use the product on unlimited number of websites you build for yourself or your clients.

Can I upgrade my license later?

Yes, you’ll be able to upgrade your license from Regular to the Extended version. Just get in touch for a coupon code, which will cover the amount you already paid.

Do you offer refunds?

In general we do not offer refunds, as the return of the products is not possible. We can make an exception if you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the plugin or child theme unusable and you are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the product. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

REGULAR LICENSE

Single Site

A regular license allows an item to be used in one project for either personal or commercial use by you or on behalf of a client. The item cannot be offered for resell either on its own or as a part of a project. Distribution of source files is not permitted.

EXTENDED LICENSE

Unlimited Sites

An extended license allows an item to be used in unlimited projects for either personal or commercial use. The item cannot be offered for resell either on its own or as a part of a project. Distribution of source files is not permitted.

SUPPORT & UPDATES

Each license is a one-time payment. There are no annual fees. You get lifetime access to product updates. Support is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase.
