Yes. All my products are made for Divi, the WordPress theme by Elegant Themes. Divi isn’t included in your purchase, so you’ll need Divi installed on your website and an active Divi license.

If you don’t have it yet, you can get Divi from Elegant Themes.

Yes. Milly, Identity and Base are built natively for Divi 5, with Global Variables, Presets, Flexbox and Grid. Divi Toolbox works with Divi 5 too.

Milly, Identity and Divi Toolbox also still support Divi 4, so your existing websites keep working after you update. Base is made for Divi 5 only, but your purchase includes Canvas, its original Divi 4 version.

Starting a new website? I recommend building it on Divi 5.

It depends on how you like to work:

• Want a complete website design? Milly and Identity are child themes. You import the whole demo website in one click (pages, Theme Builder templates and global styles) and make it yours. Milly is multipurpose: business websites, portfolios and online stores. Identity is a stylish portfolio for creatives and agencies.
• Prefer designing your own pages? Base is a collection of ready-made sections you mix and match. They pick up your website’s fonts and colors, and every section comes in a light and a dark version.
• Want more from Divi? Divi Toolbox is a plugin that adds features Divi doesn’t have: navigation and mobile menu options, blog styling, visual effects and more. It works with any design.

Yes. Every product page has a live demo you can click through. All the documentation is public too, so you can see exactly how installation and setup work before you buy.

No. You edit everything in the Divi Visual Builder, and most Divi Toolbox features are switched on in its settings panel.

You should be comfortable with WordPress basics, like installing a theme or plugin. A few advanced options use a CSS class, and the documentation shows you where to add it.

The child themes come with a demo import that adds pages, templates and global settings, so they work best on a fresh WordPress install.

For an existing website, Base or Divi Toolbox is usually a better fit. Base adds its sections to your Divi Library without touching your pages.

No, your existing layouts stay in place. Milly 2.0, Identity 2.0 and Divi Toolbox support both Divi versions, and the child themes include fixes for websites migrated to Divi 5.

Back up your website and test the migration on a staging site first. The documentation for Milly, Identity and Base has a step-by-step migration guide.

• Regular License: one website, for yourself or a client.
• Extended License: unlimited websites, for yourself or your clients.

Both are a one-time payment with updates for as long as the product is developed, and 6 months of support. Base comes with an Extended License only.

Neither license lets you resell or redistribute the product files.

Yes. Get a Regular License for each client website, or an Extended License if you build several websites with the same product.

Yes. Get in touch and I’ll send you a coupon code that covers what you’ve already paid, so you only pay the difference.

No. You pay once, the product keeps working, and you get updates for as long as the product is developed. Support is included for 6 months from your purchase.

A Regular License works on one website at a time. To move it, remove the old activation in your account (License keys), then activate the license on the new website.

You can do this yourself, even if you no longer have access to the old site.

Yes. Local sites (like localhost) don’t count toward your activation limit, so you can build locally and activate the license on your live website.

You need an active license for updates, for the demo import in the child themes, and for changing the settings in Divi Toolbox. If a staging site uses up your activation, remove it in your account and activate the license on your live website when you launch.

The products are the same, the license is different. A Marketplace license is annual and covers unlimited websites, with one year of updates and support. You renew it manually, and the product keeps working if you don’t.

Updates come through Elegant Themes, so you don’t need a license key from me. For support, open a ticket on the Marketplace. Your Divi Lover account only shows purchases made on divilover.com.

You can pay by credit or debit card through Stripe, or with PayPal. Checkout is secure, and I never see your card details.

If you’re in the EU and buying as a consumer, VAT for your country is added at checkout.

Buying for a business with an EU VAT number? Enter it at checkout and VAT won’t be charged (reverse charge).

Yes. Every order comes with an invoice, and you can download it anytime from your account.

Divi Stylist Academy comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. For other products, EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which ends once you start downloading or accessing the product. And if anything doesn’t work as described, we’ll fix it or refund you.

Everything is in your account:

• Downloads has your product files and links to the documentation.
• License keys has a key for each product.
• Orders has your invoices.

There’s no password at checkout, so after your first purchase you’ll see a reminder to set one.

Customer accounts have moved to the new website, so log in with the email you used for your purchase.

If you only bought products that have since been discontinued, your account wasn’t moved. You can still download them from your previous account.

Can’t log in to either one? Get in touch and I’ll sort it out.

Yes. Base is Canvas rebuilt for Divi 5, and it’s included in your updates. Download it from your account. Canvas, the Divi 4 version, stays there too.

Each product has step-by-step documentation:

• Milly and Identity: install the child theme, activate your license, then run the one-click demo importer. Start with a fresh WordPress install for the best results.
• Base: install the importer plugin and run it. All the sections land in your Divi Library.
• Divi Toolbox: install the plugin, activate your license, and switch on the features you need.

Activate your license key on your website, and updates show up in Dashboard → Updates, like any other theme or plugin. They’re free for as long as the product is developed.

Before a major update, back up your website or test the update on a staging site. Each product’s documentation has a changelog, so you can see what’s new.

Open a ticket from the Support tab in your account, and I’ll reply within 2 business days. Tell me your website’s address and what you’ve already tried, so I can help you faster.

Support is included for 6 months from your purchase. If you bought on the Elegant Themes Marketplace, open your ticket there.

Help with installing, setting up and using the product, and fixing anything that doesn’t work as it should.
