Version 1.0
November 5, 2026.
Canvas is now Base. The layout pack was rebuilt from the ground up for Divi 5, with Flexbox and Grid layouts, global variables and presets. If you bought Canvas, you also have access to Base.
New
- 207 sections in 14 categories, each in a light and a dark version.
- New Base Installer plugin: one-click import of the sections into your Divi Library, with the Divi presets and images they use. Choose which categories to import.
- Optional import of the global colors and fonts used in the layout previews. Leave it off and the sections use your website’s own colors and fonts.
- Restore Content: bring back deleted sections or add the categories you skipped.
- License activation for the import and updates in Divi → Base License.
Tested with WordPress 7.1.4 and Divi 5.18.1.
